Skype for online guitar lessons is a great way to learn guitar. You’re getting a private lesson with an instructor, the same as you would in person, all from the comfort of your home.
All Lessons Are Taught In English
Here are some reasons why you may want to look into Skype Guitar Lessons:
1.Save time and money not driving to and from your lesson.
2.No need to cancel a lesson due to bad weather.
3.Sometimes you may not feel well enough to travel to your lesson, but well enough to turn on your computer and take a lesson.
4.Parents, it may be impossible for you to take your child to a lesson because of your busy schedule.
5.You may not have any guitar teachers that live near you.
6. If your child has siblings, they don’t have to wait for the lesson to be over.
7. I have had students go out to the car, and practice, so they wouldn’t forget what they just learned before they got home. Practice as soon as you lesson is over, at home.
All of the problems that we may encounter with Skype can usually be overcome.
1. Loss of internet connection, or loss of power. I time all lessons from beginning to end. I will either add your remaining time to your next lesson,or reschedule your remaining time to another lesson. You will get your full lesson.
2. Not being able to play together at the same time. I don’t usually do this even with the students I teach in person. I will show you, then have you play it back. However, I email backing tracks for some of the music that we will play.
